Shrimp, Corn and Potato Grill Packets
Grill packets loaded with shrimp, corn and potatoes, with three seafood-friendly blend options.
Serves 4 • Prep: 20 minutes • Cook: 15–18 minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb baby potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
1 small zucchini, sliced
2 tsp Sea POW
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges
How to make it
Heat grill to medium-high, about 400°F. Boil potato pieces 8–10 minutes until almost tender; drain.
Mix butter and Sea POW. Toss potatoes, corn and zucchini with half of it. Coat shrimp separately with the other half.
Divide everything among four large doubled sheets of heavy-duty foil. Fold into sealed packets with space for steam. Grill 12–18 minutes, turning packets once.
Open carefully away from your face. Shrimp should be pearly, white and opaque throughout; check several large shrimp. Continue cooking if needed. Serve with lemon.
Swap or combine flavors
Replace Sea POW with 1 tsp The Shrimp Life or 1 tsp The Cajun Life in the butter. Choose one blend for the whole batch.
Make it a meal
The packets already include a vegetable and starch. Add a crisp green salad to round out the meal.
Shop the flavors
The blends are finely ground: coat food lightly and evenly. Hold additional salt until you have tasted the cooked dish. Cooking times are estimates; use the doneness instructions.
