Serves 4 • Prep: 10 minutes • Cook: 18–22 minutes
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
1 1/2 tsp Sea POW
1 lb trimmed green beans
1 tsp Sweet Lemon
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 lemon, cut into wedges
How to make it
Heat oven to 425°F. Toss green beans with 1 tbsp oil and Sweet Lemon on a sheet pan. Roast 8 minutes.
Pat salmon dry and coat with remaining oil and Sea POW.
Push beans to the sides and place salmon in the center. Roast 10–14 minutes more, until fish reaches 145°F and beans are tender.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Swap or combine flavors
For Sweet Lemon salmon, replace Sea POW with 1 tsp Sweet Lemon on the fish. Keep the beans at their original 1 tsp amount.
Make it a meal
Add 2 cups cooked rice or Crispy Garlic Smashed Potatoes.
Shop the flavors
The blends are finely ground: coat food lightly and evenly. Hold additional salt until you have tasted the cooked dish. Cooking times are estimates; use the doneness instructions.
