Hot Honey Pork Tenderloin
Pig POW builds the savory base; a small Afterlife honey finish brings optional heat.
Serves 4 • Prep: 15 minutes • Cook: 25–30 minutes plus 3-minute rest
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, silver skin removed
1 1/2 tsp Pig POW
1 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/16 tsp The Afterlife (a small pinch)
How to make it
Heat oven to 400°F. Pat pork dry and season with Pig POW.
Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork on all sides for 5–6 minutes total.
Transfer skillet to oven and roast 12–20 minutes, depending on thickness, until the center reaches 145°F. Rest at least 3 minutes.
In a separate small pan, gently warm honey and vinegar for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in The Afterlife.
Slice pork and drizzle sparingly with the honey mixture, or serve it separately so each person controls the heat.
Swap or combine flavors
Combine Pig POW on the pork with only the small stated amount of The Afterlife in the honey. For a no-added-heat version, omit The Afterlife and keep the honey-vinegar finish.
Make it a meal
Serve with Backyard Vegetable Skewers and plain rice.
Shop the flavors
The blends are finely ground: coat food lightly and evenly. Hold additional salt until you have tasted the cooked dish. Cooking times are estimates; use the doneness instructions.
