Grilled corn with a choice of garlic, Nashville-style or Hot Lava butter.

Serves 4 • Prep: 10 minutes • Cook: 12–15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, husks and silk removed

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 tsp Wow POW

  • 1 tsp neutral oil

How to make it

  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Brush corn lightly with oil.

  2. Grill 12–15 minutes, turning every few minutes, until kernels are tender with scattered charred spots.

  3. Mix softened butter and Wow POW in a bowl.

  4. Brush butter over hot corn and serve.

Swap or combine flavors

Replace Wow POW with 1/4 tsp The Nashville Life or 1/8 tsp Hot Lava in the full 3 tbsp butter. Start small with the hotter options; offer extra butter separately.

Shop the flavors

The blends are finely ground: coat food lightly and evenly. Hold additional salt until you have tasted the cooked dish. Cooking times are estimates; use the doneness instructions.

Serves 4. Tender pork ribs with a dry finish. Pig POW is the main seasoning; SPG offers a simpler alternative.
